Reason no. 714 that Miley is better than Bieber. At least she has a sense of humour.
We don't know who at Capital FM had the bright idea to take the Justin Bieber sleeping video and get Miley in it for the laugh, but the fact that Miley decided she was up for it speaks volumes. She really doesn't take anything that seriously (and for once she's actually wearing clothes).
That tongue does unfortunately make an appearance though.
