We're guessing somebody was watching X-Men: Days Of Future Past and decided he wanted to be Pyro. Colin Furze is a DIY enthusiast and previously created Wolverine claws for himself. Now he's gone one step further onto every terrorist watchlist imaginable and made himself a flamethrower kit THAT SHOOTS FIRE OUT OF HIS HANDS.
Well, not really, he's made a handy little tube that comes from his wrist. The apparatus is stored in a simple rucksack and can be reasonably carried around by him.
