Everyone has a hobby right? Some people play cards, others collect stamps, some like to buy and eat old war rations. Everyone has their thing.
The latter hobby is the hobby of Steve here, who recorded his opening and sampling of a 1955 Post-Korean War-era Ration for the world's viewing pleasure. And in case you're wondering, yes he lived after eating it and no he didn't have the worst food poisoning ever (just some indigestion "and slightly low energy").
It's a long watch overall but if you want to skip to the bit where he discovers just how edible 61 year old peanut butter is, that happens at the 12 and a half minute mark.
