Blizzards do strange things to people.
You may or may not have heard of Tian Tian, the giant panda enjoying the rare snow in Washington D.C.'s Smithsonian Zoo but Jeffrey Perez certainly has. So much so that he reckons he's more up to the task of being the world's number one snow-enjoying panda and took to his own garden to frolic as hard as he could while calling Tian Tian out for a snow battle.
Our money's on the actual panda.
