We couldn’t be bigger fans of Louis CK here at entertainment.ie. The man is the personification of comedy genius and last night on Letterman, he made TV history - well, his kind of TV history.
CK, back in the day, was a writer on Late Night with David Letterman and like a lot of comics of his generation, was hugely inspired by Dave. Here, he’s saying how happy he is for his pal Stephen Colbert, but how, er unhappy he is Dave is retiring next year.
Very CK. And although Dave mightn’t show it, the fact the best comedian working today shows him that level of respect has to be nice.
