Let's not pretend that Ellen is completely unaware of the Late Late Toy Show, she's internet savvy enough to have discovered all those talented children and be on top of the latest viral videos, so you know for a fact either she or someone on her team saw this years show and decided it was something that they could use.
Cue Ellen and her wiz-kid wunderkind 12-year-old inventor Peyton Robertson playing with toys in front of her audience and basically all of America. She even gave one to everyone in the audience, so we can definitely see an Ellen Toy Show on the horizon in 2014. To be fair, we're surprised it took the rest of the world this long to cotton on.
