Kim Kardashian went on Ellen yesterday (probably to promote something, I didn't watch the video to the end) to share her latest photos of baby North, to dish some dirt on what she feels was the worst pregnancy going, and to describe Kanye as a hands on dad - except when it comes to the honking nappies.
