Indeed she does also engage in a nappy changing contest - which is fitting given she appears to be wearing a very elaborate pair of pajamas. Think Blanche Deveraux but with added boobs and hair extensions (which need rigorous attention around the 1:15 minute mark...) Also, if you want to recreate Kim's look while changing nappies, those sleeves aren't the best idea for obvious reasons.
As for her 'wedding from hell' - Kim addresses that In Touch Weekly cover which 'recreated' her entire day (Kris got too drunk, Bruce humiliating her, her arse didn't fit into her dress) a whole five days before her wedding even happened. They were so off the mark they forgot to include that Khloe got so hammered at the rehearsal dinner that she had to sleep while getting her make up done for the wedding the following day - bit like a corpse.
