While much of the world has been rallying against smoking, it seems that the tobacco industry is still thriving somehow.

This week, they became the focus of John Oliver's viral ire as he examined the strange fact that they were still growing despite the incredible number of regulations around the world, from smoking bans in public to removing all the packaging and branding and replacing it with eyeballs and diseased lungs and such.

Oliver takes a look at the lengths that the tobacco industry has gone to, in particular in Australia, in order to combat the measures being taken against them around the world. He also has a helpful suggestion for them for a new mascot that will keep everyone happy, and started the marketing for them already by posting a few ads for them around the world. We're sure they'll love that.
