Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson attempted to build the world's smallest car. The title was previously held by the Peel P50 and because Clarkson's creation is shorter and narrower he's dubbed it the P45. Clarkson claimed it has passed all government tests so it's completely road worthy, but having seen him zooming through traffic and freaking out when he hits uneven road surfaces, we reckon you'd need to be pretty fearless to take this on the road. Oh and you'd look pretty ridiculous as well.
