If anyone's going to sing 'Purple Rain' and blow the roof off it, it's Jennifer Hudson.

Currently making her Broadway debut starring in the musical adaptation of 'The Color Purple', Hudson came out onstage at the end of last night's performance to mark the passing of Prince and led the cast and audience in a rendition of 'Purple Rain' that we're sure would have made 'The Artist...' very proud.
