Class this under great parenting. Great, but evil, parenting.
We don't know how long this kid spent or would have gone on to spend trying to turn on the hoover like it was a lawnmower or a motorbike. We've a feeling he might have been there a while before realising he was holding the plug the whole time. Thankfully there was a parent around to make sure that he learned his lesson and was shamed a bit in the process, for what is growing up in Ireland without having something to be deeply embarrassed over that your family can bring up on a regular basis.
