If you're looking for a no holds barred speech about the reality of working as an actress in Hollywood that has bite and humour, you've come to the right place.
Elizabeth Banks was honoured at last night's Elle Women in Hollywood Celebration for 'the creative contributions [she] made to the world of film - both in front of and behind the camera', and was introduced by her Hunger Games co-star Jennifer Lawrence who, in typical J.Law fashion, semi-bumbled her way through a teleprompter speech (with some input from Banks herself) before Banks herself took to the stage and gave an equally entertaining speech (while being heckled in return by Lawrence and Jennifer Garner) in front of a room full of Hollywood's most powerful women.
Refreshingly, and probably because it wasn't being televised, both women cut loose and told it like it is, which is something we could do with seeing more often.
