Now we haven't gotten an exactly reliable translation (having to rely on YouTube commentors is never a good idea), but apparently this old Russian lady is saying something to the effect of 'He has a boner' and even if she isn't, it's still pretty hilarious to think she is. Plus her little old lady laugh is the best thing we've heard today.
