Sheeran visited Melody, a 9-year-old girl who has spent about 80 percent of her life in hospital, to perform a gorgeous rendition of his bestseller Photograph, just for her.
According to Melody's Facebook page, Melody in Mind, she ‘suffers from Rett Syndrome, plus many other underlining issues.’ The visit meant a lot to her and you can see that in her tender little smile.
The Facebook page also says ‘Her life is a constant struggle however she has an escape through her love of music. She adores music, and no matter what pain she is going through, her favourite singer - Ed Sheeran - can always get a smile from her.’
