Before you click on the video, you should probably know that the video is quite distressing for anyone who has or knows anyone with Asperger's Syndrome.
The video shows Danielle, a young woman who suffers from Asperger's, in the middle of an episode from too much stimuli.
Essentially, the brain is unable to cope and the sufferer begins to harm themselves. Her dog, Samson, was trained to react to stop her from doing any real damage.
As you'll see, the dog does whatever it can to stop and console her.
