Rising UFC featherweight contender and Dublin native Conor McGregor is finally back on the mat following a spell on the sidelines rehabbing a knee injury sustained in his dominant victory over Hawaiian Max Holloway several months ago and it looks like he's got a new challenger in his midst.
McGregor and his diminutive opponent were testing out the facilities at the brand new SBG Training Complex on the Naas Road, Ireland's most state-of-the-art fitness and Mixed Martial Arts gym, when Conor accepted young Nathan's challenge for a quick roll and spar and you'll never guess who secured the rear-naked choke just before the four minute mark!
All eyes will be on McGregor, arguably the biggest superstar in Irish sport at the moment, when he makes his UFC return in the coming months which will likely be at the end of the summer at a UFC event in Dublin and, judging by the evidence in the video above, it won't be too long before Nathan joins him in the world's fastest growing sports promotion.
