Well this is just mortifying for everyone involved isn't it.
Conor McGregor made a (paid) appearance at a conference in Dublin yesterday, drenching social media with posts and making sure that whoever footed the bill got their money's worth by getting shirtless and "squaring up" to Richard Branson. Yes, that Richard Branson.
McGregor was there to pick up "some award" (and a hefty paycheck, we imagine) from Branson at the Pendulum Summit 2018 in the Convention Centre Dublin yesterday and it turns out that being a billionaire means never backing down from a challenge.
Or at least it does to Richard Branson.
