This really needs to be a weekly segment called 'White Men Can't Gym'.

Everyone knows that Kevin Hart may be small but the man takes his workouts more seriously than any other comedian going. Which is why Conan O'Brien thought it would be funny to tag along for a gym sesh with Hart and get absolutely destroyed.

We're not saying that O'Brien has never been in a gym before but this does somewhat resemble a child in a play center after being fed too much sugar.

'American Ninja Warrior' this very much is not.
