Last year, CM Punk announced that he would be making the move to the UFC, and he has since been hard at work to get in peak physical condition so that he can compete in the Octagon.
Much of that training has taken place at a the cutting-edge new EXOS centre in Phoenix, where Punk and a number of other UFC stars are put through their paces to work on conditioning and fitness to keep them at the top of the game.
Fox Sports' UFC Insider got access to go and check out the facility while Rashad Evans, Luke Rockhold, and Hall of Famer Forrest Griffin were all in attendance, along with CM Punk, and they were definitely being pushed to their limits.
