James Corden's 'Fear Factor' style version of Truth or Dare usually results in some pretty damning revelations but not so much dry heaving and very real distress but today, ladies and gentlemen, we present to you, Charlie Puth, owner of the weakest stomach on Earth.
Charlie Puth, Josh Gad, Michelle Dockery and Rachel Bloom all took part in Corden's game of 'Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts' on last night's 'Late Late Show' but instead of the usual one-on-one showdown, they divided up into teams with Brits Corden and Dockery facing off against Puth, Gad and Bloom.
And while the questions weren't all that bad, the entire concept of the game was too much for Puth, who couldn't even stand the sight of other people chowing down on cow's tongue or bird saliva, let alone stomach it himself.
Which is terrible for him but hilarious for us to watch.
