Trust Oscar winner Cate Blanchett to tell it like it is.
Plus, we love the fact that she got a little jab in at Harvey Weinstein in her latest speech.
The actress was speaking at the InStyle Awards on Monday night in L.A., an event which was attended by the likes of Cindy Crawford, Selena Gomez, Zendaya and Brie Larson.
Blanchett talked about women’s fashion choices and how much she admires those icons who choose to be “utterly themselves without apology… in a non-self-conscious way.” “Women who know how they look is not all of who they are but just an extension of that,” she said.
“It’s about women who feel free to wear what they want when they want and how they want to wear it,” she continued, before epically concluding “We all like looking sexy, but it doesn't mean we want to f---k you.”
