When someone is willing to lean in and "take it outside" for you, you know you've got a friend for life.
The cast of 'Dawson's Creek' just about escaped the dawn of the TMZ era which luckily meant that any of the antics they got up to went unnoticed. Which may not have been a big deal for some of them, but to hear Busy Phillips tell it, she definitely benefited from the relative anonymity.
Phillips was a guest on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' last night and told a charming (if slightly worrying) anecdote about her "intense" days during the 'Dawson's Creek' time, mostly because she became fast friends with co-star Michelle Williams and is loyal to a fault.
Now we kind of wish TMZ had been there.
