A group of Irish people based in Los Angeles have made a short sketch about the upcoming marriage equality referendum, called The Thin Red Line.
In it, instead of debating marriage equality, the local town council for Ballyfeckin are deciding whether or not to let redheaded people run in the annual summer picnic three-legged race. The debate focuses around the fact that they were allowed to run in the egg and spoon race last year, which is practically the same thing, and how being a redhead is "not normal".
Craic in America are the people behind this, who you might remember from their Gumbo the Clown sketch last year, which poked fun at the Garth Brooks in Croke Park saga, and they've produced another great parody this time around.
