We may go a bit nuts for the sales post-Stephen's Day on this side of the pond, but take some time today to be thankful that we don't go as nuts as people do over in the States do for their massive sale day called 'Black Friday'.
Named as such not because it's a mournful day (even though it is for some as people have been killed shopping on it), but because it's the one day where shops are guaranteed to be 'in the black'. Ah, good old capitalism, crushing people and dreams.
Warning: this stuff gets graphic and disturbing, because humanity sucks.
