But maybe it was just annoyed it was called 'Cuppy'? Anyway, 14-year-old Cuppy decided enough was enough and started attacking her owners, a mother and daughter in San Diego, California, every time they tried to leave the house on Tuesday night, and the attacks got so bad they had to call 911.
Armed officers arrived on the scene to deal with Cuppy, and attempted to cox him out of the house resulting in a fierce stare-down between police and the feline. The 'ball of fury', as one neighbour described it, eventually left the house, allowing the two terrified owners to resume control of their lives.
The lesson here? Never trust a cat. Ever.
