You may remember a few months back, British Strongman Eddie Hall shared the strict diet he consumes on a daily basis in order to break the world deadlifting record.

Hall consumes 10,000 calories a day in order to have the energy for his rigorous workout routine. Just to break it down for you, here's what his daily meals look like.

Breakfast: 750ml anti-oxidant smoothie, plus two scoops of protein powder.

Second Breakfast: Eight egg omelette, 100g of oats, and five pieces of fruit.

Elevenses: Green tea mixed with coconut oil, plus 75g of whole almonds.

Lunch: Two chicken breasts, rice, vegetables, with a protein mousse pudding.

Afternoon Snack: Three banana smoothie, with even more almonds and a dollop of peanut butter.

Drinks: One litre of cranberry juice, one litre of buttermilk, one litre of coconut water with two scoops of protein. Thankfully these were not mixed.

Tea: 600g of pasta bolognese plus more protein mousse to finish.

Adam Moran, better known by his YouTube name BeardMeatsFood decided he wanted to take on the daily diet in just one sitting. Needless to say it wasn't pretty.

As impressive as it was to get through it all in 39 minutes, the most surprising thing is that he didn't have more of it end up in his beard.

It's all well and good being able to consume it Adam but let's see how your body handles it the next morning.
