Dublin's tech industry is about to get another shot in the arm as Twitter, which was valued in 2013 at $24.3 billion, is signing on to stay in Dublin for another twenty years.

The social media giant will set up shop in Cumberland House, just up the road from Trinity College and the National Gallery. As part of the deal brokered, the entire building is due to get a facelift and refurbishment before Twitter moves into the building.

The building's refurbishment is expected to cost upwards of €27 million, with Twitter due to move in around the second half of 2016. As it stands, it looks like they're there for the long haul as the building's signed over for a twenty-year lease.

The proposed refurbishment looks pretty swish, too. Take a look.
