Witnesses told The Sun that Simpson was 'definitely drunk', and started squabbling with an unknown man in his 40s or 50s outside the takeaway, before Simpson punched the man and tried to hop it in a taxi. Then a bouncer dragged him out of it and suckerpunched him, leaving him unconscious on the ground and bleeding from the mouth. It's not a pretty sight. He was unconscious for 15 minutes until paramedics arrived before then taken via ambulance to Manchester Royal Infirmary Hospital
Danny had earlier been partying at the Circle Club with Manchester United players Tom Cleverley and Danny Welbeck, before leaving the club at 4am.
Tulisa - who has been dating the soccer star since November - is currently on holiday in Marbella, Spain, and was 'shocked' and concerned when she was told Danny had been beaten up. Although she's been reassured that he's fine and all is well, those pics are not exactly the key to a relaxing holiday.
