2015 was a big year for English strongman Eddie Hall. 

On two separate occasions he broke the world deadlift record. For one of those times he had none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger cheering him on from the sidelines. 

To do what Hall did requires a lot of training. And also a LOT of eating it seems. Hall posted his 9,000 calorie daily diet on Facebook and you'd wonder how the man get's time to train at all. Check it out,
