There's no doubting that Louis C.K. is one of the smartest and sharpest comedians out there today.
From his hugely successful TV show to his popular stand-up, Louis tells it like it is, as they say, and often his jokes are so funny because they hint at the truth. They provide you with some insight into your life or the lives of others that you had never noticed, or simply didn't want to acknowledge.
While his comedy treads the line quite nicely of making you realise that you're not quite as important as you want to think you are and making you feel terrible about yourself, it does manage to serve up plenty of life advice, which in this day and age is not hard to come by. However, Louis' take on it is different in that it doesn't sugarcoat it with some feel-good nonsense.
