Why couldn't we have had this when we were kids?
The Skysphere is a solar-powered, Wi-Fi enabled treehouse that has 360 degree views, changing lights, and is stocked full of beer. So yes, we're in love.
Our new dream house was built by Jono Williams, a plastics engineer and graphic designer. Williams wanted to build a room with an elevated view, but of course a regular treehouse wouldn't do, so instead he decided to make the rest of the world insanely jealous with a home in the hills.
We're not sure where the structure is, which is probably a good thing for our own sake, but judging by the photos we're guessing it's halfway between Middle Earth and heaven.
The treehouse runs entirely on solar-power, and looking at the inside, this place would be useless during winter. It's decked out with mood lighting, a refrigerated beer dispenser, a wireless sound system, and finger print entry, meaning he'd probably have been better off building this thing in Spain.
Luckily he knows when the place is running low on juice, because it has it's own app to read the energy levels. Ah, what clever people can do, eh?
