Fashion magazine Vogue will be the first publication that has publicity fort the new smartwatch from Apple, as the brand attempts to position itself as they look to launch their new product with a stlyish splash.
Vogue's March issue will include 12 pages of advertising for the various versions of the watch, including the sports and luxury versions. The ads are fairly simplistic, and will feature the watches set against a plain white background, as is Apple's wont in many of their ads for their other devices.

For Apple, the move makes sense as it puts them alongside the biggest names in fashion, in particular in the March issue where the brands will all be highlighting their Spring/Summer 2015 looks, while Vogue continues to position itself as an important vehicle for tech giants to work with when it comes to making people aware of their products.
How this will actually affect sales is yet to be seen, but given the number of Apple lovers out there already, it's unlikely that the watch will crash and burn.
