A competition held by an American radio station to find Taylor Swift's biggest fan, who would win a meet and greet with her, had to be scraped after the internet got it's paws onto it and put a 39-year-old man who wanted to 'crush the dreams of these girls and give him a chance to make a complete ass of himself by blatantly just sniffing her hair with cameras rolling' in the winning seat.
'Charles' a beardy man and user of online community 4chan sailed straight to the top spot in Boston's Kiss FM competition after his fellow 4chan users got a fleet of spam bots to vote for him, which is what happens when you ask the internet to vote for something.
Once the radio station found out, they canceled the competition in a very formal and almost military sounding post about how the contest was 'compromised'.
