There's a belief amongst some that people with beards are hiding something. Now, it seems, there's proof.
A new survey by social network EVA has found that men with face manes are 27% more likely to cheat in a relationship than their follicle-challenged brothers. It's not just being unfaithful, however.
45% of bearded men said they enjoy a good scrap, with 40% admitting to stealing something in the past.
If you think that's bad, there's more. As part of the survey, 65% of women believed that the beard wasn't a good look, with almost half of all women surveyed saying that they would completely ruled out having romantic relations with someone with a full-face beard.
39% of women respondents said that they worried about finding (wretching noise) food stuck inside men's beards. Oh God.
We don't know about you, but it's time to drop the beards. It's time.
