And, as an added bonus, they're dead. Just as well; we're not sure how he'd make them stay on top of the weirdly Womble like bodies he's made for them to perch upon.

At the Cockroach Hall of Fame, which can be found in a retail store in Texas (shocker), there are a dozen deceased critters made-up to look like stars including Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, and Liberace aka "Liberoachi" (pictured).

As well as celebrity 'roaches, there are several creepy-crawly displays such as The Combates Motel (a tribute to you'll never guess what), and some roaches sunbathing on a beach.

The Cockroach Hall of Fame is the brainchild of pest-control specialist/suspected unhinged sort Michael Bohdan, who fits the museum inside his store, The Pest Shop. As well as dead pests, Bohdan also displays live Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches that measure up to three to four inches long and are nearly an inch thick. You are allowed to pick them up, but be warned - they get their name because they hiss when disturbed.

Lunch is also provided with visitors urged to try Larvets Original Worm snacks, which come in barbecue, cheddar cheese and Mexican spice flavours.

The Chamber of Commerce for Plano, where the museum can be found, was at first opposed to the attention the quirky displays were getting. However, because Bohdan's store not only features the unusual museum, but also all manner of products to help you get rid of these pesky creatures, he was allowed to keep it.
