Ruh-roh. Remember how we were all talking about John's enormous 'talent' last week? Well it seems he isn't too pleased. Someone needs how to learn to take a compliment.
Mr. Draper has come out and said he wishes people would 'lay off' the 'rude' comments about his apparently impressive appendage, even though he admits he'd rather people thought it was big rather than small. Speculation about Hamm's manhood includes website Jon Hamm's Wang, which is dedicated to pictures of his, ahem, endowment.
He told the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine: 'Most of it's tongue-in-cheek. But it is a little rude. It just speaks to a broader freedom that people feel like they have - a prurience. They're called 'privates' for a reason. I'm wearing pants, for f*ck's sake. Lay off. I mean, it's not like I'm a f*cking lead miner. There are harder jobs in the world. But when people feel the freedom to create Tumblr accounts about my c**k, I feel like that wasn't part of the deal ... But whatever. I guess it's better than being called out for the opposite.'
It was recently claimed Jon's 'impressive anatomy' was causing problems on the new series of 'Mad Men', which takes place in the 1960s, where tight pants were the norm. 'The season takes place in the 1960s, where the pants are very tight and leave little to the imagination. Jon's impressive anatomy is so distracting that they politely insisted on underwear.' And the show's marketing team even had to make changes to billboard advertising campaigns due to the prominent appearance of the actor's bulging pants.
The source continued: 'Imagine how distracting that would be on the side of a bus or building. When the promotional pictures came back the first few seasons, we had to work with them. Everyone was concerned about too much Christina Hendricks boob, but it's Jon that has the most to show. It's a good problem to have.' Not according to him though.
