Lauren Silverman isn't putting Simon Cowell under pressure to get married but that doesn't look like it's going to stop Simon from making it happen.
The New York socialite, who is expecting a baby boy with the 'X Factor' boss in February, claims she has no idea whether they will tie the knot in the near future even though Simon has hinted they will marry before their first child arrives.
Asked if wedding bells are in their future, the brunette beauty, who divorced her husband of nine years, Andrew Silverman, in August and shares custody of their son Adam, seven, told gossip website TMZ: 'I don't know, you'll have to ask him.'
Simon hinted last week that he was planning to marry his 36-year-old girlfriend when he said he 'wouldn't expect Lauren to be a single mother.' and he reiterated his intentions to E! News in Los Angeles on Tuesday, saying: 'Obviously, I would never expect to bring a baby up without a proper father.'
He also confirmed it would be something they would do before the birth of their son.
He added: 'It definitely has changed me without a shadow of doubt because I never thought I would be a dad.' Simon also said that the couple haven't decided whether they will film the birth of their baby yet and is planning to leave the decision up to Lauren.
