It's hardly surprising that Sharon has publicly endorsed her daughter's recent behaviour, tweeting the phone number of Ozzy's alleged mistress in the 21st century equivalent of scrawling someone's name and number on the inside of a toilet cubical or a phone box  in case someone's"looking for a good time."

When her The Talk co-host Julie Chen asked what she thought of Kelly tweeting Pugh's number, mum Sharon's response was something along the lines of 'naaaw, isn't she a hoot?!'

Speaking on the show yesterday, Osbourne said: "Oh, Kelly has the best sense of humor ever... And you know what? In cases like this, what can you do but laugh? What are you gonna do - be angry with her because she loves her mom and dad and she wants us to be together? She loves us. She can do what she wants, because she's an adult. You have to laugh. She is just so funny."

For the record, yes, the tweet with Pugh's phone number is still on Kelly's page, and she's received quite the backlash from followers for publishing the number. When one user tweeted: ""you've learned nothing and still remain a bully.unbelievable.well take this, maybe your family divorcing is karma. #itsabitch", Kelly repsonded, "you may pee and tweet sitting down but your mouth is full of s--t!!!!" 

She also accused Pugh of "abuse" when another user pointed out that Ozzy was just as complicit in any alleged affair: "My father is almost 70 ever heard of elder abuse?"
