This school receptionist proved herself to be a cut above the rest when she rang in the summer holidays through song across the school's PA system.
Regina Ballard, a North Carolina school receptionist, decided to celebrate the start of the students’ and staff’s start of their holidays (as well as her own!) by singing a gorgeous cover of Etta James’ ‘At Last’ with lyrics adjusted just for the occasion.
Ballard shared a video of her singing on Facebook, captioning the vid: "I love my job, y'all, but I look forward to summers when I can spend time with my grands & family, sooo...here it is...At Last!!!"
The video has been viewed 822,000 times (at the time of writing) since it was posted last Wednesday.
