The alleged nurse isn't just giving a hand with the night feeds, meaning you can get your head around the endless daily activities that come with a newborn; Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes have reportedly hired a 24/7 baby nurse... Hey, if you can afford it, why the hell not.
The couple, who welcomed their first child into the world earlier this month, are clearly sparing no expense when it comes to perfecting their parenting skills because the Drive actor is still "a little nervous" around their baby girl. A part of me goes, "Naaaaw". The other part is screaming "Ah grow up, would ya! She needs cuddles from her daddy - all she's going to do is wriggle or spew a little on you. And, worse case scenario, if you drop her, she'll bounce. Promise."
A source told Us Weekly: "[The nurse is] helping out around the clock." The magazine also managed to get the following two statements from their mouthy lead: "Ryan hasn't left Eva's side" and "Ryan is thrilled it's a little girl."
The introduction of a nurse was the natural progression given their daughter has been busily keeping them awake all night since her arrival. Someone informed E! News: "They're both great, but exhausted. They know it's going to be a little while before the baby adjusts to a schedule."
Meanwhile, the 33-year-old Ryan once vowed to scale back his workload when he had a family and a source also previously said he had no desire to work during 40-year-old Eva's pregnancy.
The insider said: "His family is now his number one priority. He's accomplished everything work-wise that he had hoped and this is the next step in his life."
The couple started dating in 2011 after meeting on the set of their movie, The Place Beyond The Pines.
