Great, because that's what he would've wanted.
Susan Schneider Williams has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Zak, 31, Zelda, 25, and Cody, 23, complaining that someone entered the home she shared with the late actor days after his death last August and took some items she felt she was entitled to.
However, Robin's kids - from two previous marriages - believe Susan, who is his third wife, is attempting to "money grab" by ignoring the language of his will to benefit herself.
A source told TMZ: "Susan refused to let them [his children] in the house after Robin died. Before Robin met Susan, he was very clear in the trust he created. He left his personal effects, including his Oscar for the movie Good Will Hunting, movie memorabilia, action figures, graphic novels, theatre masks and other items to his three children."
And, although Susan is aware she has no right to the items related to his movie career, she's reportedly keen to get her hands on Robin's tux from their wedding and other little "knickknacks."
The source added: "The children say Susan can absolutely keep the items she accumulated with Robin while they were married, but they say she has gone way further. For example, they're indignant she is apparently trying to redefine the word jewellery. The kids are supposed to get all of it, but she's saying jewellery does not include his watch collection."
63-year-old Robin was found dead at his home in Tiburon, Marin County, on August 11th, 2014.
