R. Kelly already has numerous sexual assault charges against him, but the singer was arrested again in Chicago yesterday to face new ones.
He has also been charged on a federal level for charges relating to sex trafficking; an allegation levelled at him in the wake of the increased scrutiny following documentary 'Surviving R. Kelly'.
According to reports, the new charges relate to enticement of a minor, child pornography and obstruction of justice.
Kelly had been out on bail for the last five months since originally being charged in February and again in May. He was arrested in Chicago last night by Homeland Security officials and the NYPD Task Force Unit.
It's expected that he'll be brought to New York to face the charges.
