If you happened to be wandering Temple Bar over the weekend, you may have seen something that's not too familiar. Well, Temple Bar is Temple Bar, so between Stag/Hen party's, bands of foreign sports fans celebrating or commiserating their nations result, and the general after dark population, you may have seen your far share of flesh. But the boys and girls from Come As Soon As You Here were causing mischief all of their own, and in daylight too.
Clutch those pearls, ladies.
Part of ABSOLUT Fringe 2012, POP is about those moments in life that you would rather forget, the ones that you bury so deep that when they come to the surface they bring the fire of embarrassment and ache of shame so hard that it hurts. We all have them. And Come As Soon As You Hear are doing it in their pants, and nothing more in a live game that will make you twitch and cringe with schadenfreude. And if this is the tip of the iceberg, I can't wait to see what's lurking beneath.
POP is at Smock Alley Theatre from Wednesday 12th – Saturday 15th September at 9pm. Tickets available from www.fringefest.com
