Pixie Lott has taken the whole "It's mandatory for female singers to perform in a leotard" thing to another level by requesting what can only be described as an "Outy Vajazzle." That's nicer way of putting it than "Crotch Heart" - which effectively what it is.
Indeed Pixie has not been in the press a lot of late, and this was one surefire way of grabbing the internet's attention while subtly letting us know she's got, eh, new material to release.
Somewhere, Lady Gaga is raging she didn't think of it first. It's totally going to become a thing.
