Miley Cyrus is an increasingly busy lady. In conjunction with all her day jobs, and raising awareness for the homeless, she's also found the time to launch a campaign highlighting "people across the gender spectrum" on her Instagram. Below is just one of the many shots of Tyler Ford, who features in the campaign among other members of the LGBTQ community.
She brought Ford - who you may recognise from The Glee Project - as her date to last night's amfAR gala in New York, where they got on down with guests including Laverne Cox.
For those gunning to see the footwear chosen to complete the outfits, it was Docs all round.
Of Miley's latest campaign, transgender model Andreja Pejic had this to say: "I think she is using her celebrity in a positive way and to ... create some change," Pejic said. "It's nice to see and I don't think a lot of celebrities do that. ... She's a very genuine person and you can definitely see that she's very excited for this opportunity and the charity and so it's really amazing to see."
