Yesterday was hard.
If you were a Hillary Clinton supporter, a Democrat or simply just anti-Donald Trump, yesterday was a hard pill to swallow.
However it only really began to feel real when Barack Obama met with the press and congratulated Trump on his win. As we mentioned earlier, it was clearly difficult for President Obama as he relied on his Vice President, Joe Biden to ease the pain with a moment of levity.
The whole ordeal wasn't just difficult for Obama though. It was just as difficult for his White House staff, some of whom have been with the Obama administration since his inauguration.
If ever there was photo so sum up all of emotions of those disappointed by the election result, it's this one of Obama's staff as they watched him congratulate the President Elect.

All of them were probably operating on very little sleep if any at all and they quite simply just looked fed up.
