It is indeed Where's Wally but with a panda... Hungarian Cartoonist Gergely 'Dudolf' Dudas decided to post the image to his Facebook last week and was shared over 100,000 times not long after.
Here is the conundrum in it's full form. Not to tootle my own horn but I found it surprisingly quick. Clue - it doesn't come adorned with a carrot.
