British plus sized model Iskra Lawrence has hit back at body shamers on Instagram with two epic posts.

Lawrence is a UK based model who often speaks out about body image and the importance of body positivity.

On Friday she shared a screen grab of an abusive internet troll.

Lawrence decided to hit back in a creative way taking the troll's line of "eating too many bags of crisps" as inspiration.

✨ðŸ˜?Had to make a #slow-mo too😂...This is for anyone who has ever been called FAT. Thanks for the inspirational words on a recent pic @zseanzbrown ðŸ'‡ðŸ?¼ "Fat cow. It's only cus every F****r on this planet is obese that that's the norm... Plus-size models? give me a F*****g breaking. Everyone needs to stop eating McDonald's, the NHS is f****d because of people like her eating too many bags of crisps." Ps I do not condone binge eating. I eat whatever I want in moderation. I will eat crisps but I'll also make healthy home cooked meals and workout regularly. The message is who gives a F what anyone else thinks of you. YOU are the only one who decides yourself worth✨ And sorry I'm usually not rude or give anyone the finger but these online trolls smdh 😂😂😂 #iskralawrence #everyBODYisbeautiful

Lawrence is not the only one to speak out about body shaming this week. Amy Schumer has also taken to social media to address the issue of body labelling.

Schumer was included in a list of plus size women in Glamour magazine. Something Schumer takes issue with considering plus size is supposed to be a size 16 in the US and she goes between size 6 and 8.
