Admittedly, maths has never been our strong point but the latest brain-teaser to go viral on Twitter is doing our heads in.

Indian Twitter user Jitesh Pillaai's image of a triangle containing several other triangles has flummoxed other people too, as no one can decide exactly how many triangles are in the image. 

Not every shape inside the large triangle counts as a triangle itself, so many people are way off.
